Yes. You can apply as a 2-person or small group. The jury reviews these group applications separately, rather than with the individual artist applications.
Because the gallery space is small (500 sq ft.), we recommend limiting group applications to 3 artists. However, if an exhibition with more than 3 artists has been well planned to suit the gallery space, we will consider the application.

Also, artists are responsible for hanging their shows and gallery-sitting 2 weekend days during their exhibition.

Selected artists will be notified shortly after the jury meets, which is usually in June. If you have not been selected and you included a SASE with your application, you will receive a letter along with your returned application materials. Please be aware that because the gallery uses volunteers to process applications, you may not receive your materials for 2-3 months after the jury meets. As a small organization, we do not have the resources to handle your individual calls, so please be patient and DO NOT CALL THE GALLERY REGARDING THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION.
We accept a CD with JPEG images or – if you are a video/film artist – a DVD. Please note that we only accept videos from artists who work in video or film. We do not review videos of installations, interactive work or artist's studios. We also do not accept slides or URLs.
We highly recommend that you apply only in your strongest medium, submitting either JPEGS or a video. However, if you feel it absolutely necessary to submit both, you should complete 2 separate applications.
No. The gallery does not have the resources to handle special deliveries. Please send your application via regular mail. This also applies to your SASE, which must have adequate US stamps (not metered postage or special delivery methods). We cannot be responsible for SASEs with insufficient or irregular postage.
